First and foremost, the seller is true to their word when it comes to their processing and delivery time. My ring arrived the 10th day from the day I bought it online. I paid the expedited shupping because we needed the ring before the end of this month. And they did it. The representative I talked to also made sure the ring was processed on time. I am 100% satisfied with their customer service.
Secondly, I always bought everything online but not when it comes to a very important and sentimental item that I will treasure for a long time. But when I was in the marketplace in Facebook, I saw the ad for this company and thought I would look around. It immediately blew my mind how many satisfied buyer there was for the price they are offering. So I decided I will give it a try since to be honest, I was on a budget. Lajerrio didn't disappoint me. I was so excited when I received the package and saw the ring. I can't believe how good looking it is in person. It sparkles in every angle and it fits me perfectly. Bravo Lajerrio for doing such a great job. I would definitely come back and buy my spouse's wedding ring here. Thank you for making my special day even more special. Highly recommended over all.

I can't get over how this ring sparkles in every angle. I was very excited when my ring arrives. I paid for the expedited shipping and the seller are true to their processing and delivery time schedule. It arrived here at the 10th day from the time I ordered it. Plus I have a necklace gift with it. So it's a win win. I am super satisfied with my purchase and will purchase again soon for another wedding ring for spouse. Customer service is awesome as well. Let me start by saying I was a bit skeptical about purchasing my rings off this site since there were a few bad reviews on FB but I was surprised how smooth and fast my transaction was. They have outstanding customer service who are very prompt to responding via email. I ordered my rings on August 1st and received them on the 15th. The rings are beautiful and very realistic, they did run a bit on the bigger size but not too noticeable. My rings sparkle very nice and are well made anyone having doubts about buying from Lajerrio please rest assured that you will not regret it.

Waited 3 weeks to get my order. Sure doesn't have the sparkle it advertised. Wanted to send it back but that's not going to work. The tag has to be attached to the ring which I cut off so could join them. Then even tho I didn't have to pay shipping when I ordered they will deduct shipping from my refund. I then have to pay to ship it back. Just not worth the hassle. I'll have to try and sell on swap shop. Oh and the Jewellery is made in China and shipped from Dubai. FedEx called me to find out exactly what was in the pkg. in order for it to clear customs. Crazy. Order at your own risk. I learned that my lesson.
